WaterLily merchandise purchased from waterlilyturbine.com may be returned within 90 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in the original manufacturer’s labelled packaging. In the case of damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us quickly.
Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Returned items should be repackaged securely in an outer carton and must include a copy of your invoice. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product is damaged or defective. Please retain tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.

Is it easy to return the product?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label (North American orders only) via email.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once received, returns may take up to 30 days to process. Once processed by our return specialist it may take 3-7 days depending on your banking institution to reflect your statement.

Are Returns free?
No, returns aren't free. We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders, and easy returns. When you make a return and use one of our prepaid return labels, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We pass on our negotiated carrier rates to you so that it's as affordable as possible.
What if something is wrong with my WaterLily?
All of our products are guaranteed by warranty against all defective workmanship and/or materials. If you feel you’ve received a defective product, contact us directly to determine next steps.
