If you receive your WaterLily and it is not working, please use the following steps to troubleshoot the turbine.
Visually inspect the turbine for signs of damage. Ensure that the rotor spins freely. Check all connections.
Connect your WaterLily to a device or battery pack and spin the blades manually or via the hand crank accessory to see if the connected battery/device is charging.
If you have a multimeter you can also use this to check the output.
If the turbine does not seem to be producing power after step 2, try using another battery or device to see if they receive a charge.
