If your device/battery is not charging through the dry bag pass through cord please follow these steps.

 

 

  • Try another device or battery to see if it will charge.
  • If the second device is not charging, try plugging the device or battery directly into the WaterLily output or a wall charger and see if you get a charge. If not, you may be having issues with your turbine itself and you should contact support@waterlilyturbine.com.

 

If your WaterLily is producing power but you still can’t charge through the dry bag with the turbine or a wall charger, you may have a damaged or defective item and you should contact support@waterlilyturbine.com.
